1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and mpk48 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the mpk48 website located at https://mpk48.net and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

These Terms apply to all users of the mpk48 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who hold an active account. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

mpk48 reserves the right to update or am end these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date updated accordingly. 2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

The mpk48 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place any bet, or access any real-money game on the mpk48 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. mpk48 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Eligible Players

To register and maintain an active mpk48 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mpk48, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the mpk48 platform or had an account closed by mpk48 for a breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Registration Process

To open an mpk48 account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must also set a unique username and a strong password for your account. mpk48 may at its discretion require additional identity verification documents before an account is approved and before any withdrawal is processed.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed, with any associated balances forfeited. 3 Account Management

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpk48 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf. mpk48 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify mpk48 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. mpk48 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

mpk48 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other point determined by mpk48:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account, bank statement, or card copy where applicable).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. mpk48 handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your mpk48 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of any pending bets or wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.

mpk48 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that mpk48 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

mpk48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers may also be available subject to account verification status and current platform availability. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change and the most current options will be displayed in your account cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your mpk48 wallet within two minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• mpk48 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• mpk48 reserves the right to impose a maximum deposit limit on any account at its discretion for responsible gaming or security purposes.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified mpk48 account.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-funded balance.
• mpk48 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
• mpk48 reserves the right to request further identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mpk48 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, and ICC World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and their contribution rates are listed in the bonus-specific terms.

Claiming Bonuses

To claim a bonus, players must opt in to the relevant offer through the promotions section of their account before making the qualifying deposit or placing the qualifying bet, unless the offer is automatically credited. mpk48 will not retrospectively apply bonus terms to deposits or bets placed before an opt-in was completed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the mpk48 sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published within the sportsbook section of the platform. mpk48 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an obviously erroneous price arising from a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. mpk48 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event or market at any time without notice. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed prior to a suspension are unaffected.

Casino Games

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpk48 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, verification, or support process.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or financial fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpk48 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the mpk48 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any business interruption, even if mpk48 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mpk48 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mpk48 reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational reason.

mpk48 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the platform. Each game provider is solely responsible for the integrity, fairness, and technical operation of their respective games.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mpk48's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10 Amendments & Termination

Amendments

mpk48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mpk48 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where changes are particularly significant, mpk48 may also notify registered players via their registered contact method. Your continued use of the mpk48 platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 3.

Termination by mpk48

mpk48 may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your account poses a fraud or security risk, or that continued access is otherwise contrary to the platform's operating policies. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements, unless the balance is subject to confiscation as a result of fraud or other prohibited conduct.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this agreement. All correspondence between mpk48 and its players, including support communications, dispute notifications, and account notices, will be conducted in English.
